If you are bringing any Live-In Vehicle to the festival on the Wednesday, you will need to purchase a £10 vehicle pass. Wednesday car parking is included in the Weekend Car Parking ticket.
ACCESSIBILITY & COMPANION TICKETS
We offer a free companion ticket for anyone who receives Middle or Higher Rate DLA or the Personal Independence Payment (PIP), are aged 17+ and would not be able to come to the festival without assistance. Scanned proof will be required, and all passes issued are subject to availability. Companion tickets are not allocated to parent/guardians of children under the age of 17, as all children under 17 attending Bearded Theory must be accompanied by a responsible adult/carer. Please book your tickets as normal in the area you wish to camp, once booked, email in proof of eligibility to access@alttickets.com and your free companion ticket will be approved and issued. You do not need to book a ticket for your companion we sort that for you.

We also have pre-pitched tent packages available. Staying in a pre-pitched tent means that you can rock up, crack a drink, and start camping without the hassle of transporting your kit. Arrive to a clean, cosy tent, and then when Monday morning comes around you can cut and run guilt-free, leaving us to pack your tent away. With the option to travel light, you can make use of more sustainable transportation methods such as trains, coaches and even bicycles, meaning your festival experience has a smaller carbon impact. PAYMENT PLANS
Whatever ticket type you’re purchasing for Bearded Theory 2025, you can take advantage of our Payment Plan option, allowing you to split the cost of your ticket into more manageable monthly installments right up until the month of the festival.
If you purchase your tickets in September, as soon as we go on sale, that’s around £25 per month for a single adult, between £55 & £68 per month for a family of four, and just £11 per month for the comfort of sleeping each night in your own camper or caravan!
The earlier you buy, the more months to share the cost across, and therefore the lower the monthly payments – so make the most of it and hop on a payment plan as soon as you can!
