The Final Countdown…

May 7, 2019 8:41 pm

Hello and welcome to our final blurb regarding BT 2019

All tickets have now started to be distributed with the final deliveries landing on doorsteps by Saturday 12th May. If tickets have not arrived by then please contact SEE TICKETS via or by calling 0871 220 0260. The festival does not know the status of individual ticket deliveries but if See don’t help you then please contact us and we will give them a nudge for you.

We have just over 100 tickets left to sell and hopefully we get these gone by May 23rd but if we don’t who cares; the party is happening anyway.

Everyone this end can’t wait to welcome you all into the fields, show you the improvements we have made and have a fine good party together!!

Please drive safely and if you need any questions answering before you join us email

See you in a few weeks x

We are being really stressy with our parking stuff this year and that is down to that fact we let you down last year. We need your help to get you all in quick and that is by not parking up on the roads waiting for your mates (they are being patrolled and is a legal no waiting area this year), following the approved routes (AA signposted) and by being fine and dandy when we show you to your pre-marked pitch (campervan & caravan). You all get the same and its far above most festivals space allocation, so please work with us.

Car Park and Campervan/Caravan pass stickers are being issued instead of physical ticket, please ensure these are on your window screens within 1 mile of the festival. If you are in a campervan or caravan, please put your admittance tickets on the dashboard prior to entering the fields so we can escort you to your pitch quickly.

Gates open at 9am on Thursday (23rd) and shut at 9pm, on Friday (24th) and Saturday (25th) the same thing is happening and Sunday (26th) gates shut at 4pm.

Due to a very narrow bridge in Walton on Trent we ask everyone to follow the routing signage and do not try to enter via Walton on Trent due to a very narrow bridge. Last year we had several people with caravans and campervans trying to use this route and ended up getting stuck. This had a serious impact to Village residents and commuters going to work.

Full directions can be found here

We recycled 100% of litter regardless of what bin you put it in last year and we will try to do the same this year. However, if you can take a bag of rubbish home with you our costs reduce significantly and your help in this regard is hugely appreciated.
