Angel Gardens and Bearded Theory have been working together for many happy years and have grown together over the years. This year we all felt we needed a little change and the Angels are having a rest from the children’s area. That’s not to say they won’t be involved, they will be bringing a new and exciting creative area to the festival. Angel Gardens thought it would be great to share an area grownups and do some more specialist activities. Both Angel Gardens and The Bearded Theory Team remain great friends and are excited to work together albeit in a different guise.

The Children’s Village in 2015 will still be in a huge area but every activity within it will be free of charge to parents. The area will be centred around a Village Green which will host an old fashioned sports day, football skills, Hu La Hooping dance shows, evening lantern parade and closed with a fire display each night. The area will host a Village Hall which will showcase magic shows, puppet shows, professional story tellers, sing-alongs, ribbon dancing, child yoga, song writing, child Uke jam and party games. We have a huge new teen area following the feedback from this year which will do all sorts of stuff including DJ workshops, build a band workshops, art workshops and have a Mocktail Bar and chill space. The area will have a large craft area with paint, glitter and craft sessions. The Baby Boo baby care tent will have an area for babies to come and play and stock all your baby essentials should you forget including microwaves for feeding the little ones. We also have a circus coming along and away from the two crazy circus shows will be doing loads of circus skills with the children. We will have a large soft play area including ball pits and ride on toys. Finally we have pamper salon doing face painting, hair braiding, fake tattoos and all will be free. The area will be supervised by qualified CRB checked play workers. We have so much more to confirm so keep checking the website!

For transparency rides such as Ferris Wheel and Helter Skelter are chargeable but are not located within the Children’s Village.
