2018 Ticket Update

September 5, 2017 11:02 am

2018 Tickets go on sale this Saturday (09/09/2017) at 9am via SEE TICKETS either on our website or by calling the box office on 0843 9020768.

In the past 14 days, we have had over 2000 new sign ups to our mailing list and See Tickets have stated due to the expected demand in both the early bird and standard tickets, that they will be bringing more staff in on Saturday to help process sales. This is the first time they have had to do this and with that we expect the early bird tickets to sell out very quickly. Last year all the early bird tickets within 3 minutes and even with the additional 1000 allocation we fully expect to mirror those sales this time around. Once the early bird sales have sold, tickets will automatically refer to standard priced sales. We haven’t increased the festivals capacity in 2018 and expect the festival to sell out once again.

If you cannot attend the festival following purchase please advertise tickets for re-sale via TWICKETS. This is the only online re-selling platform we can recommend and sales via social media, ticket re-sale sites or our forum will be discouraged.

Over the counter ticket sales at the standard ticket price are available from 11/09/2017 at the following Tourist Information outlets; Chesterfield, Derby Live, Swadlincote, Nottingham, Ashbourne and Tamworth.

TICKET PRICES – ALL TICKETS INCLUDE THURSDAY ENTRY & ENTERTAINMENT. Music on the Thursday will be on the main Pallet Stage, Woodland, Something Else and the Ship.

FAMILY

We have secured 2 additional family camping fields but so we can manage the area better in relation to capacity, please select at the time of ticket purchase that this is the area you wish to camp in. It will assist us with allocating space prior to the festival and you will be given an additional wristband in order to take your camping equipment into this area. There are no additional costs to camp here and other ticket holders camped outside of this area can visit you as normal (unless they have camping equipment). If you forget to tick the box at ticket purchase, don’t worry, we will allocate wristbands to families when you arrive subject to space availability in the area.

PAYMENT PLAN – PLEASE READ

If you are planning to purchase your tickets via the payment plan, please ensure you read the following information.

Tickets for early bird or standard adult will need to be purchased in a separate transaction to normal child and parking tickets due to the system not being able to allocate tickets for monthly payment against those that need paying in full.
